Carol-Jean Paquin (CJ) M.A.
I am a registered psychotherapist with a masters degree in counselling psychology. I am certified in addictions counselling as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Solutions focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I have worked for over 15 years as a mental health and addictions therapist, and have worked with both adolescents and adults. I run psycho-educational workshops and am a clinical supervisor.

Madison Linden-Bengino M.A.
With a special interest in Adolescents and Couples, Madison completed her graduate studies with additional training in the Gottman method for couples therapy and holds extensive experience working with adolescents due to her many years as a teacher. Speaking fluently in both English and French, Madison has a CBT and ACT informed practice is trauma informed and multi-culturally competent. Madison creates a safe and non-judgmental environment to help patients learn coping and communication strategies to help them thrive.

Matthew Wall
Matthew is completing his graduate studies with a special interest in individual, couples, adolescents, anxiety/depression, stress and Self-Esteem. Matthew has a trauma informed approach and holds and anti-oppressive framework creating a safe, non-judgemental environment for clients to share, grow and explore. Utilizing interventions from CBT, ACT and Narrative Therapy, Matthew helps his clients achieve their goals and develop lifelong strategies. Matthew will be completing his graduate studies in August 2024.

Ben Lewis
Ben is completing his graduate studies with a special interest in individual, couples, youth/adolescents, anxiety/depression, and stress. Ben takes a person-centred approach and works collaboratively with his clients to create a safe and welcoming environment, needed for fostering life-long change. Ben uses CBT and ACT with a solutions focused and strengths based approach. Ben will be completing his graduate studies in December 2024.
